This isn't a plaque on the wall. It's a deliberate step to be closer to the people we already serve every day: Florida contractors, residential builders, remodelers, and the trades that keep Central Florida growing.

Who Is the Greater Orlando Builders Association?

Founded in 1953, GOBA is the largest trade association representing the residential construction industry in Central Florida. It is a chapter of both the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and it represents hundreds of member companies across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties.

GOBA members include general contractors, custom home builders, remodelers, developers, subcontractors, and the suppliers and professional services that support them — including insurance agencies like ours.

Why This Matters for Florida Contractors

Florida's residential construction market is one of the most active in the country. With that opportunity comes complexity: permit changes, evolving Florida Building Code requirements, hurricane exposure, builder's risk gaps, and tightening insurance requirements from GCs and lenders.

By being inside the same room as the builders, remodelers, and developers who deal with these issues daily, we can:
